The Island of Bequia

Bequia is the largest of the Grenadine islands and is approximately seven (7) square miles (18 km²) in size. The island is located nine (9) miles to the south of mainland St. Vincent and is a popular destination for yachtsmen and other tourists. Its capital is Port Elizabeth which is a port of entry and home to the ferry terminal. Customs offices are located at Port Elizabeth and at the J. F. Mitchell Airport located at Paget Farm.
