The Customs and Excise Department, in collaboration with the Vincy Single Window for Trade Project (VSWIFT), is calling on brokers, freight forwarders, logistics companies, and shipping agents to take part in a series of upcoming virtual stakeholder engagement sessions focused on the legal and policy framework underpinning the VSWIFT initiative.
According to a public notice issued on 11 May 2026 by the Comptroller of Customs, the sessions have been organised to consult directly with industry partners on the legal and policy foundations that will guide the rollout of the Single Window for Trade.
Who Should Attend
The Comptroller of Customs has extended the invitation to the following groups:
- Customs brokers
- Freight forwarders
- Logistics companies
- Shipping agents
How to Participate
The sessions will be held virtually. Stakeholders are also encouraged to contact the Department directly for further information.
