As part of the final preparations for the implementation of the upgraded ASYCUDA World 4.4 System, all stakeholders and members of the public are advised of the following:
ASYCUDA Submission Cut-Off — Friday, 5th June 2026
The registration of new companies, Authorizations, and Concession applications must be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, 5th June 2026. Please note that ASYCUDA will be temporarily unavailable during the weekend upgrade.
Office Closed — Saturday, 6th June 2026
The Customs and Excise Department will be closed to the public to facilitate the migration and upgrade activities required for the implementation of ASYCUDA World 4.4.
ASYCUDA World 4.4 Go-Live Date — Monday, 8th June 2026
The upgraded ASYCUDA World 4.4 system will officially become operational. Stakeholders are encouraged to ensure that all preparations are completed prior to the migration period.
